Found wonderful community here that became very close group of friends of mine. It can get intimidating with large amount of people that come in everyday but there are events for new comers to try to get to know people. You can always give me a shout if I can help as well. I love new hope and our community.
Nice church
Nice church
Great Christ-centred community that seeks to build up every member. Personally, I have experienced tremendous growth here over the last two years and have learned what true fellowship is.
There was a post written here three years ago with some outdated details. There is currently only one English service at 10:30am, and two Korean services in the afternoon. However, for those seeking more Bible study time in English, there is morning prayer (more meditative) on Wednesdays at 7am and evening prayer on Thursdays at 7pm.
A vibrant and active church conveniently located in the heart of downtown for those who study/live in downtown. They have 10am and 2pm services (English) and 5pm service (Korean). The congregation is mostly Korean/Asian-Canadian but there are other members from a variety of ethnic backgrounds as well.
The pastoral staff serving the 10am and 2pm are the same. The difference would be the congregation profile: 10am service is made up of mostly late twenties-mid thirties who are recent graduates and young working professionals. 2pm service is made up of early twenty-somethings who are attending university/college in downtown Toronto.
A welcoming and cool church that's worth a check out you live in the Annex neighbourhood or any downtown core area.
