One Academy

Definitely the best gym I've ever been to. I'm *finally* seeing the results that evaded me for so many years. I also like that good form is the focus. Music, vibe, energy and sense of community are all amazing. at One Academy.

Love this place! Classes are always challenging and the atmosphere is very friendly. Jesse and the other trainers do a great job of welcoming new members to class. Think it works well for people at every fitness level as their are always options for modifications. Keep up the good work!

I went to George to find some sort of solution for lower back pain. The first session he found exactly what the issue was and gave me the exact exercises that would help. In a month the pain is gone even when I do deadlifts. He told me to stick with the routines and I would see progress. I feel stronger and my lifting techniques have gotten better to I have less of a chance to re-injure myself.

Amazing coaches, amazing classes, amazing facility. Very well designed, huge space, great equipment, but the coaches are the best! Super inviting but motivating and challenging as well. Tons of fun!
