We had our wedding at Palais Royale’s patio on August 21,2020. It was a beautiful location and placed a setting for our intimate wedding. Rebecca was our point of contact and she was so helpful and attentive to ensure we were on top of everything leading up to the wedding. To provide some colour, we changed our venue a month before our wedding due to COVID. Rebecca communicated with management on what we wanted to do and she worked well with us and our wedding planner specially when we asked for specific things to happen. She managed to get approval for a lot of things to what we envisioned our wedding to be. Aside from having a great point of contact, food was incredible and we only received positive feedback from our guest. Chef Jowow (no sure if this is the correct spelling of his name) listened to all our feedback during tasting and executed changes we requested on the day of our wedding. Food was flawless to say the least. As for audio, we had our family friend play the violin and we received praised from their long time AV person. He was able to help our family friend when all their equipment failed. We were so happy how everything turned out. Also, all our vendors praised Palais Royale’s AV system and the man behind it all. Staff were also incredible, Antonio, made sure everyone was taken care of throughout the night and all worked so seamlessly. All in all, Palais Royale is an incredible venue ran by wonderful people who are professional, passionate, and experienced. We can’t wait to come back here and celebrate other milestones ♥️♥️♥️
