Sebastian is AMAZING at what he does!
I had raccoon problems for a long time; living in the area of the city near a big park is expected but unwelcome.
He is very knowledgeable, approachable and was able to explain to me in plain language all that he was going to do to remove them from the property.
He was always very polite and respectful to me and to the neighbours that had questions of the work he was doing.
He was able to remove the raccoons all at once and I’m very very happy about it.
I would highly recommend his services. I hope not to have any other pest problems but if I do, I’ll call him for sure.

We are very thankful for Sébastien’s hard work! We knew we had unwanted occupants in our attic for over two years, and we finally decided to ask for professional help. Sébastien made several visits to our house, from initial inspection, setting up traps, to verifying results with trail cams. We are so happy now that we no longer hear the busy activities of rodents in our attic. After finishing our job, he also helped a neighbour get rid of a skunk that lived under their patio deck. Throughout our interactions, Sébastien was always patient and professional, and he showed great attention to detail and dedication to what he does.
