We used the dog wash and found it to be well stocked, easy to use and very clean. The staff were extremely helpful and assisted with advice and expertise. Will definitely be back

Small store by but efficient.. the head manager is eager to assist you with whatever it is you need therefore making it quickly in and out of the store..they don't waste your time. Competitive prices but no special sales like PetSmart has just a block away.

In preparation for inviting a new cat into our family, we went to the Pet Valu on King St to purchase all of the needed supplies. Laura, Alex, and Addie/Addy were all very kind and welcoming. We were greeted by all three staff members when we arrived and actively assisted by Laura and Alex during our visit. Alex was happy to get an item down for us off of a tall shelf, and Laura took the time to reccommend items that would not only be adequate for our new pet, but also cost effective. We were given a booklet with some helpful tips on being a new pet owner, and also some coupons! We love a coupon.
It is handy that we live so close to this location, but even if you don't i'd reccommend making the trip for the service experience alone. These folks do it right.

Staff is impressively knowledgeable. I'm grateful for their assistance in navigating towards the best food options for my pet.
