Ive been going to PI regularly for almost 10 years. First time I've ever had noticeable and sustainable results from working out. One on one training and the trainers have become good friends over the years. I'm creeping up on 60 and my strength, tone and flexibility have never been better.

Fantastic, clean and welcoming studio with wonderful staff. The power plate technology gave me some interesting new workouts and hit some new muscle chains!
