Prairie Boy Bread

I just luv the donut imporium...oh so gooey...yummy....yum yum..extra sprikles please...and do not forget the hot cocolate dip...um...um

The bread is fantastic. I love the spelt loaves for avocado toast or a fancy spread. Their pre-sliced sandwich bread is my lunchtime go-to. Since the pandemic started, I’ve been shopping their pantry items, and I must say, I love some of the products they carry (in particular, an olive oil that is incredible in salads).

As of late, there is always a lineup outside (don’t be dissuaded, it moves quickly). That speaks to both the quality of their bakery, and how seriously they take the safety of their customers. I applaud them for continuing to enforce physical distancing.

Life changing. I can confidently say this is some of the best bread I’ve ever had in my life.

The staff are very friendly. You can tell they are focused on making great sourdough. The staff are eager to talk to you about the process and share with you how you can make your own bread at home. I took their "learn to make sourdough" class, and really saw how much attention they put into their products.
