I have been a client of Reliance for approximately three years now. They manage my furnace, hot water tank and A/C. In addition, I enrolled in their Plumbing Protection Plan to offset any potential mishaps. Whenever I've had to call upon them for assistance or service, they have never let me down. Their service is prompt and their technicians have always been polite and informative.

Most recently, I had an issue with my hot water tank. I called them and they were at my door the following day. The technician said it wasn't my tank but the mixing valve. That required a plumber to fix. Well, with my Plumbing Protection Plan, they had a plumber at my door that very weekend and he fixed it within 40 mins, at no extra charge as I was covered under that plan. Saved myself $300 on the mixing valve and another $250 for the service call! I pay ~$19 a month + HST for the plan so, it's a great deal in my view.

I'm not a handy man by any stretch so, if you're looking for a firm that gives you courteous, hassle-free service, I cannot think of any better firm!
