I can't say enough good things about Laura and her team. It's difficult to find a realtor that truly cares but Laura is it. She worked incredibly hard to find us our dream home. We recieved weekly emails when all the new listings came out. She notified us immediately if she felt a particular home was a good fit for our family. She is very flexible and easy to reach. She often showed us properties the day the listing came out. She has in depth knowledge of how toronto real-estate works and was able to guide us as first time home buyers.

After we locked in our dream home she helped us sell our loft in a week. There was a lot of pressure with a quick closing but she made the process seemless. Her team beautifully staged our home and had professional pictures taken for the listing. Our condo sold for substantially more than what we expected.

We think of this as our forever home but if we ever decide to move we will definitely be contacting Laura to buy and sell!

Lynn and Chris helped me purchase my first condo in 2018.

They were both fantastic - as this was my first purchase I wasn’t all to certain what I was looking for. They pulled tons of listings so that I could look and get a better sense of what I was looking for. They would take me to viewings and would always be able to provide additional info on the buildings/location (I actually had just moved to Toronto 2 years prior so some of the areas I wasn’t all too familiar with and they’re commentary was greatly appreciated!)

I ended up falling in love with this one place (well, more the area as I ended up buying a “fixer upper” which I love even more now!) The unit was in a building that hadn’t had too many units listed recently, and it was an older building compared with others in the area so deciding on what to offer wasn’t as clear cut as some other units I had seen. I ended up putting in an offer I was comfortable with (which is important because the real estate market can be hectic/crazy and scary!) and I was ecstatic when Lynn called to tell me my offer was accepted! And I believe my offer came in just slightly above the others - so knowing that I didn’t grossly overpay was a huge relief. I think that speaks to their expertise, to be able to accurately price a unit like that.

I would absolutely recommend them and I will for sure be using them again when I upgrade to a larger place. They were knowledgeable and made the whole process fairly easy. Thanks guys!
