It was just an absolute pleasure to meet Rod. He is just a wonderful person and very professional. There is no BS with him and so great to talk to. I learned a lot from our little conversation while he was looking over my bike. I called for a "tune-up" and instead of just throwing me into the calendar like other big bike shops, he asked me questions about my bike, gave me an appointment to look at the bike first and told me that I didn't need a tune-up, just a few adjustments here and there. So honest and you can tell he just loves what he does. He values his customers which makes us want to come back again and again.
Rod is a consummate professional who knows his trade very, very well. He will talk your ear off about bikes, but in a good way! I'm happy to come here for the very specialized, detail-oriented service he provides. 5 large bright stars.
Rodd is a genuinely wonderful mechanic and a fantastic person. My trek is riding better than the day I bought it! Plus, Rodd takes the time to truly explain how your bike works and how to care for it. Love having you in the hood Rodd.
Highly recommend this place! Rod was amazing to work with during the process of getting our mountain bike suspension serviced. He REALLY takes his time to explain everything thoroughly, and was generous enough to give us a mini workshop during his off hours to show us how it's done. Straight up dude, no BS. Highly appreciate his willingness to share his knowledge. Will be back for sure!
awesome place, the owner (i think?) is really nice and very informative. he gave me many tips on how to take care of my bike and also is very thorough about what needs to be done to fix a bike/what a problem might be. very affordable too.
