I hired Rosewood for a custom home in the Upper Beaches and they've done a great job on delivering great quality home, on schedule and on budget. Pedja has gone above and beyond to find cost effective ways to deliver a quality product in every aspect. Finding a good builder is hard to come by and I'm very happy to have chosen Rosewood to build my home.

Rosewood just finished our addition/renovation in Rosedale. We are so satisfied with the way Pedja has completed our project from start to finish. Pedja from Rosewood is building two homes for me in the east end. He made the whole process extremely stress free and met all the timelines. As a builder who flips homes it is important to keep the project under the budget and he was very conscious and helpful to cut cost where it mattered. He was always very professional and responsive.
