They are excellent at following covid protocols. Good service. Sadly no deals to be had.

The sales associate was patient enough to show me several designs but didn't recommend stuff off the bat.While I appreciate the laid back approach,had to ask several times their opinion as I am a novice at their store.
Love their socks.Shoes have suddenly turned pinchy and painful but its Asics and not them.All in all have and will recommend them in the future.
Edit:I was contacted by their manager and was offered a different pair even though I said I have already worn the shoes twice.The staff recommended Brooke's runners which are so comfortable!!I have worn them for a year now and absolutely love them!

I agree, the customer service in store and online are great! I ordered the wrong size shoes during the Covid-19 shut down and with an easy return and re-order handled by the online support in less than 4 days I was able to pick up my new shoes at the 2629 Yonge St location. Not only that, the sweet lady who I interacted with outside the door remembered me and even gave me some empty moving boxes on request. Thanks guys, you rock!
