It's not bad. Definitely room for improvement. The lineups can be very long, especially on weekends closer to Halloween.
Well organized. There is a wait for every exhibit but it's well worth it as it means that when you enter the haunted houses, you aren't breathing on someone's neck and don't know what is coming up next. I went to Halloween Haunt in Wonderland the week after and found this much better and not to mention cheaper.
If you get there when it opens, the lineups are usually pretty short so you can get through all of the mazes in an hour. The mazes were not too long but not too short. The actors did a good job in scaring us plus the workers were smart to wait a couple of minutes before letting other people go inside the maze. Only thing is I wished there were more actors on the actual floor scaring people.
Took three girls, two teens and a tween and we had a blast. Lines were shorter than Halloween Haunt and some of the houses were ingenious (won't give it away) but if you are claustrophobic don't do the carnival one. Will definitely go back next year. Food choices could have been a bit better (hot dogs, pizza and chips) so don't come hungry...
