I have recently purchased my first coat with Sentaler and surprisingly the coat fit too big at the back and waist. I have been communicating with Nina who has been very helpful and accommodating. Even though size small was sold out, the company was able to custom make my coat again even though the coat is no longer in production. I inquired if the waist could be made really small and since that wasn’t an option Nina suggested I come and get it custom tailored at Sentaler Toronto at no extra charge. I am so impressed at the whole customer service experience and would recommend your company to anyone. Can’t wait to get my new coat. 🙌🏻

Such beautiful and luxurious coats. Wool is so warm and soft and the cut and quality is top notch. Customer service is also top-notch... this company clearly values its purchasers and it shows in everything they do. Sentaler is the highest quality all around!

BEAUTIFUL, TIMELESS STYLING AND FANTASTIC QUALITY! I bought my first Sentaler coat years ago (yes, BEFORE Kate and Meghan). It is the perfect travel coat - dressy enough for evenings, but classic enough for daytime too. The quality is terrific and the coat has held up well, even with lots of airport movement and carrying bags on my shoulder. Since then, I have bought 2 other coats - the bolder colours are particularly special. Sentaler's alpaca hats are the best, NOT itchy, warm and stylish. They are not flimsy like so many cashmere knit hats. I have given these as gifts to college students, older friends and cancer patients (whose skin is especially sensitive) and they all love them. This year I bought a baby suri alpaca scarf in burgundy - the "hand" on this scarf is magnificent and the edging, beautiful. The texture of this scarf is so much richer and beautiful than even my Loro Piana cashmere scarves! Most important of all is that Sentaler customer service has always been friendly, professional, prompt and extremely helpful ... High Quality Luxury Products without the Snootiness.
