Efficient, professional, friendly & outstanding dental work. What else could you ask for? How about a virtuoso dental hygienist who hand-scales second to none!

As someone using ODSP insurance i tend to be denied service or given very poor and quickly done service. I've gone from hole in the wall dentist to hole in the wall dentist receiving oral care that only made my problems worse requiring more dental work. A friend of mine mentioned when he was in school all the kids would see Dr shields and he having never met her still had nothing but good things to say.

So i decided to give them a shot. and honestly if i could put up 6 stars i would. They treat you as a human, you're not just some cheap ODSP patient who's just a quick in and out. They cared about my teeth, they cared about how i felt about them too, constantly checking in asking how it feels it is good to me? do we need to do more work.

And in the end i received the best dental work I've ever had, since this I've visited Dr shields office 5-6 times and every interaction we have is better than the last.

Most considerate staff in town. Also if you are like me you don't just like knowing "this is fine" , "that's bad" "this can cause this" but you want to know
why this is fine?
why that's bad?
why does this cause that?
they'll explain it to you in detail and not trying to dumb it down or speak layman's terms. I'm actually aware of whats happening and what they are going to do about it. That right there would be a 6th star. Cant say enough good things. Very professional place.

I have been sooooo frightened of dentists for so long and then I found Dr. Shields and her team....I have never been so happy ever!!! She gave me back my smile ? she and her entire team are the very best, they are so kind and understanding to needs of clients, I left the this morning with a Cheshire cat grin they're are the best in Toronto if not Canada, of not North America!!!! Thank you so much ?
