San is thoughtful and considerate. Her suggestions were spot on and I trusted that she will deliver the results that I wanted. She would always ask if I like my eyebrows or if there are any touch ups that are needed.
She was also professional at her job and I can tell she takes pride in doing it well. So, I appreciate that enthusiasm and professionalism from her.
Lastly, she does listens to your concerns. It just boils down to communication. But she is always accommodating and easy to talk to!
