Really calm collected man named Theodore runs this shop. He never talks about politics and has excellent meditation classes

Went in for a new cushion and mat for meditation, found a great selection of really good quality. While trying out the cushions the staff gave me some great advice about my form and posture which made a huge difference in my comfort. Also recommend a good starter book for mindfulness meditation. 5/5 I would highly recommend this shop to anyone.

I had an unexpectedly great experience here picking up a meditation cushion. I was looking around the city for a place to pick one up, and Snow Lion was the only location that seemed dedicated to them. Very happy I made the journey to visit them, as the owner was incredibly gracious and helpful. Very much appreciated the sitting tips to work into my mindfulness practice.
