I had the pleasure of being fitted for the first time in my 67 years for a proper bra. Their customer service was outstanding. They were over qualified with knowledge. I had no idea there was so many factors to take into account when figuring out the right size and fit. It was very comfortable and customer service focused. They answered all my questions. They a very friendly happy to help attitude. I would highly recommend them to everyone. We all deserve the right fit from the right people. Thank you so much Donna. I wish l had done this much sooner.

You would love the owner, a lovely lady that knows your size by looking at you. Doesn't judge you and helps you the best she can. Love it.

Wow. Who knew?? Sophie was perfect! Professional, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful ... she made what is often a frustrating and disappointing experience a real pleasure. A huge selection. Recommend 100 per cent.

I’ve shopped at Sophia’s many times over the years and was in the store yesterday. They know bras! The selection of lingerie and swim wear and bra/panties was wall-to-wall of stunning selection. As a woman with a bigger chest, bra shopping is something I often dread, but Sophia and staff know what they’re doing and put me in a beautiful, perfectly fitted bra (literally by just looking at me, lol.)... seriously, they are amazing.
I was surprised to read the reviews below about 1, being touched and 2, not being able to return a bra and wanted to add my two cents... You’re gonna be touched in a bra fitting; it’s normal and, I am grateful they won’t return a bra to this store, (kinda why the fitting is important right?) because it’s a policy that makes sense as well as underwear, think about it!
There is something for everyone here, and I love this store. So if you’re looking for something pretty, go!
