Sound Times is a unique organization., It was founded to cater to the community with mental health issues.They offer membership to anyone in the community who struggles with mental health issues
It's a place free of the usual stigma attached to mental health issues, and offers staff who are very knowledgeable on the best support systems in the city. They offer one on one counseling and have times during the day whereby bread and spreads are available. Coffee and tea are always available. They also offer legal services and psychiatric services. All services and membership are free to whomever qualifies to become a member. Membership is determined through an intake process.
