(March 20, 2018, 7:20 pm)Very attractive, established, mid-rise 3-building complex, with gorgeous gardens, nice amenities, great views.
Many suites are quite a bit larger than what you can get at new condo buildings, and several have private patios or terraces.
Located in a very sweet spot - you can walk or bike to High Park or along the lakeshore, or up to the shops in Bloor West Village. When the new streetcar line is open (April 2018) it will be an easy and scenic way to get downtown and back.
(October 10, 2017, 11:51 pm)We had a suite at 22 Southport and found the overall building was kept in good standing. The suites however, are rather small when compared to other condo suites in the area. The neighborhood has a lot to offer.
(December 17, 2016, 8:00 pm)Nice area, close to the cheese boutique, quiet. Biggest issue is that it's not close to a lot of places and doesnt have decent transit. But if you have a car, it would be a great place.
