Spencer - Cowan Parkette

Family friendly park in the Parkdale area.

I'm an adult without kids, so 99% of the time I have no business being at a small park.

This review comes from when I - with a bunch of other adults - played grounders here (a game like tag but the "it" person is blindfolded and those running away must stay on the jungle gym and can't touch the sand). It was an unbelievable amount of fun and I would recommend it to anyone.

This park had been certified to be grounders compatible.

With that being said, it also is a quiet little place during the day that would be good to take a kid, or to read a book in the grass.

Very big! Lot's of dogs, fun to watch them play! Wood chip floor

A very nice and cozy little park with kids' carts and stuff to enjoy. Great "around-the-corner" type neighborhood park to bring the dogs and kids for some out-of-the-house time
