The pork knuckle (here it is called pork hock) is excellent. Only order it if you are really hungry. The sides also go very well with it. A typical German dish in the heart of Toronto!

Really good food and super nice staff. Design inside is cool. The food could be less dipped in oil ;) They have their own brewed beer which we've tried and was tasty.

Great casual laid back place stone throw from "Skydome". Entrance is at Bay 7 (Roundhouse Bay numbers can be seen near the roof). Enjoyed the Pale Ale, less so the unpasteurized Steam Whistle - personal taste. Pulled brisket sandwich was very good, served on pretzel bun, with good (real) french fries. Good service that's laid back and casual.

Beverages are table service. For food, go up to food counter to order and pay. Servers bring the food to your table. They seem to keep a fair bit of seating for walk-ins.

Funky location, however we expected more. I must note, we are biased as we have been to many beer gardens in Germany and it didn't really compare.

Beer was great and reasonably priced. However the food looks/sounds better then it actually tasted. Also very disappointed that they simply just brought out food without any resemblance of order. My husband's main came out 25 mins before mine did. This is why this location is getting a 3 star.

I went to this venue for their opening night. The food was so delicious, Food Dudes always does an amazing job with catering. They specialize in classic German dishes like pretzels, sausages, chicken schnitzel, spatzle and more. Of course, the beer is plentiful. The seating is communal style with benches. A fun atmosphere and great location.
