Swift Services did a complete basement finishing project for us — bathroom, bedroom, mechanical room, family room, and new stairs. They completed the project on-time and on-budget, listened to what we wanted, and made good suggestions when we didn’t know what we wanted. Very professional and a pleasure to work with. Swift Services removed our decrepit old deck and built this new one, with long-lasting composite wood for the floor, and louvres that we can turn to shield our eyes from the setting sun. Our Riverdale house was built in 1910, and we've renovated everything as we could afford it. Swift Services have redone our kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, front porch, etc. Their work is high quality, they work efficiently, and are very in-tune with building trends and materials. They listened to what we wanted, and made it happen, within budget.
