Natalia is AMAZING! She is a perfectionist. She will spend every single second of the appointment completely focused on achieving the result you have in mind.

She very patiently and diligently performed the challenging task of taking me from a dark/almost black brunette to a fun and sexy blonde with a playful asymmetrical cut. I LOVE it!!! She doesn't rush, takes her time, knows her stuff and has great expertise. I will definitely be coming back, already went back for roots once.

It was my toddler's first haircut and it was the perfect place. Cute and cozy. Britni did a great job with both mine and my daughter's hair.

I just had the most incredible bamboo massage and wanted to describe it!

Admittedly, this is more of a cool weather massage. The therapist begins by using warm oil on your back which I love, even in summer. It feels so good. It would be especially amazing in the fall and winter when you come in from a chill in the air.

After you've been anointed with the warm oil, the therapist uses the bamboo sticks in such clever ways to give a deep, relaxing massage. I could feel it getting deep into my muscles and releasing all the tension. I loved it.

The rolling of the bamboo makes so much sense. If you think about the way people use those muscle rollers at the gym to help with stretching and tension, it's a similar concept but with full on professional therapist skills. It's so luxuriating to have the tension rolled out that way. I loved every minute of it!

Also, the ladies at Thair are so nice and knowledgeable. I love their commitment to organic, natural products. This has less to do with massage and more to do with hair and skin care but why use chemicals when you don't have to and there are so many amazing alternatives?

I'm definitely going back and would like to get a facial next time too.
