Nice and quiet place and very close to subway station

I have been in this complex for nearly 15 years.
I love the location and everything that is available to me in the area.
Because the building is an older building the suites are large and spacious.
Try getting that these days !!!!
The building owners and management have spent a lot of money re doing the mall and upgrading the building over the past 5 years...
As for safety, the owners and management have spent a lot of money making sure that the building has state of the art fire and safety !!!
Because of covid... the owners and management have spared no expense in all the safety to make sure their tenants are safe and abiding by the rules.
AS for management and ownership...
As long as I have been here the staff from cleaning staff to maintenance staff and the owners have been NOTHING BUT KIND AND VERY HELPFUL to me.. Anytime I have need something fixed, replaced or otherwise, they have always been there and made sure the work was done second to none!!!
Now about the Owners and office staff...
One of my favorite things to do is take in my rent cheque to the office... the staff and owners are always very nice to me and always as how I am doing and ask if there is anything they can do for me ......
In this day and age with all the hardships we are facing I am so glad that I have a beautiful clean and nice and safe place to call home!!!!!
This wonderful place has been my home for many years and will continue to be my wonderful home for many years to come !!!!

Veeeery good city area because subway is right across, St. Michaels hospital nearby, Dentals and etc.

First floor has dollorama and other services in the building.

I personally appreciate service. Had an issue with the front lock, maintenance worker came same very day, fixed lock and polished everything else about the door he could think off. Feels like new, thank you!

Also internet providers have very good offers specifically for the building. (Big ones.)
