He pointed out building projects that needed to to be addressed when showing us homes; he reminded us to factor in renovation costs into the budget when buying our house.

David counsels you when selling; he understands that a seller takes pride in their property and works to get you the best price that he can. David educated us on the market value of our home which enabled us to sell our property quickly.
