(March 9, 2017, 3:44 am)The Wood Commission is the place to go for many reasons. Glen's consistent consideration of price leaves you feeling that you are getting a fair price. Indeed I went to 2 other places for my live edge counter top and his price and willingness to negotiate set him apart. His communication is great- he is happy to make specifications for you and I never felt that I was contacting him too often. The Wood Commission's quality of work exceeded my expectations. The piece is stunning! The finish is smooth, elegant, and strong!
I encourage you to look around, but I bet you will end up at the unassuming shop on Commissioner Street.
(February 2, 2017, 2:27 am)We found The Wood Commission while looking for live edge dining tables and we hired Glenn to do a waterfall table out of a walnut slab. I must say that he helped us to choose the best slab for our table and it was delivered on time. It is a "Piece of Art'. Glenn was very polite, pleasant and very easy to deal with. I recommended The Wood Commission to a couple of friends who were also looking to furnish their condo. I love their furniture..:)
