My main goals were to get stronger and more athletic while staying injury free. Theo's advice and programming did a wonderful job of keeping me healthy and I feel completely satisfied with the strength training he provided. Can't speak higher of his knowledge and professionalism. Give him a try, you won't regret it.
Theo is very knowledgeable about training. He takes the time to explain each workout to make sure that you know why you are doing it and that you get the technique right. I really enjoyed the workout sessions with Theo and always looked forward to them. Having trained with him for a couple of months, I learned a lot and highly recommend him to anyone looking to start their fitness journey.

He brings a vast knowledge base that is constantly expanding and adapting to every session, combined with an energy that inspires me to work harder than I ever thought possible.
I’ve been training with Theo for over a year, and have been blown away by what I already can do. I’m stronger than ever, have confidence in the gym, improved my nutrition, and actually begun to love working out; regardless of the time of day (or morning...).
