Amazing customer service. My eyebrows were in a complete mess before I went there and she shaped them so nicely. I love it. 10/10 would highly recommend

Five stars for the lady and her politeness but one star for the service.
I went here because of proximity and Google reviews.
What happened?
1. Reasonable service but they are not waxing experts.
2. She was rushing and left a lot of wax on my legs.
3. There's still some residual hair post wax.
4. The ambience isn't the best and she was the only one in the store so she had to rush out to attend the call or if someone came in.

I’ve gone here once every couple of weeks since I moved to Toronto a year and a bit ago to get my brows done. $11 for super fast, efficient and GOOD service from the lovely lovely ladies who work there. I honestly don’t see myself going anywhere else as long as I live here.

Naheed is great at threading. For the first time in years I've had a smile on my face when I saw how beautiful she had done my eyebrows and upper lip. She's friendly and very confident about her skills! I loved my experience there.

Got our eyebrows threaded today and had a really good experience. The lady knew exactly what I wanted and made sure I was happy and I certainly was satisfied with the results. My fiancé was also happy about her threading experience as well! The price for eyebrow threading is $11+tax. Everything is cleaned up and shaped nicely, will be coming back here again!
