I went to the 27 Roncesvalles location with a badly blocked ear. I couldn't clear it and was deaf in that ear because of the blockage. The staff was very professional and put my usual nervous self at ease. Using their equipment, they diagnosed the fully blocked ear and proceeded to work on it. Gently and patiently they removed a ton of wax (TMI?) that was completely blocking my eardrum. They didn't complete the job until it my ear was 100% wax free. It was wonderful hearing properly again. Now any hearing problems will take me to Toronto Family Hearing.

I went for a hearing test at the Yonge/St. Clair location. Mahsa administered the test. She is friendly and provides clear instructions. She is also accommodating and patient in answering any questions you may have about your ears and hearing.

I highly recommend this Hearing Clinic, the product was excellent, the prices are acceptable and the staff and costumer services are great. I was going for camping and needed customized ear plugs due to my surgery, without which I can’t go on the water and they make everything posible to get them to me before leaving.
They also take every posible precautions regarding COVID 19 hazard.
