I have been very hesitant with trying to book a trip for a really long time, I have reached out to many tour operators directly to gather more information to help me narrow down the trip thats best for me. Being a first time group traveler, its a big decision to make. I almost gave up, after months of endless loose ends, lack of support from some tour operators. He helped me find the best price and was patient throughout the entire process. The follow-up to get my booking through was also amazing, everyone really takes the time to ensure you are taken care of, they answer you right away, never on hold for too long trying to get them on the phone!
