I strongly recommend Trista’s services. I am doing a nutrition coaching program with her and it has been incredibly helpful. Before, I was frequently feeling unwell after meals and wondering if I had some kind of undiagnosed food intolerance. But Trista listened to my concerns and helped me identify that I could continue to eat the food I love, with a more balanced and mindful approach. She showed me how to make simple adjustments in my diet that have made a world of difference. All along the journey she has cited research to support her suggestions, and has supplemented her practical recommendations with frameworks for rethinking my relationship with food and eating more mindfully. I have learned so much working with her and I feel so much better since I started the program. I no longer regularly experience discomfort after eating — and when I do, I usually can now understand why that’s happening and adjust. I feel much more in control of my health now, and I am able to enjoy eating again without anxiety because of Trista’s guidance and support.
