  Currently pregnant with my first child and I have been coming to the Toronto West Ultrasound clinic for all of my ultrasounds. The receptionist is always so kind and helpful. She gets you in right for when you are booked (so you don't have to wait too long with a full bladder!). The ultrasound technicians are also really kind and helpful. Though you aren't given any information nor can you take photos or videos during the examinations, they do take their time afterwards to invite your partner in to show you your baby and print out many photos :) Definitely will be using them for my future pregnancies!

  Three stars. This was our second visit they took my wife in for 20 mins then they brought me ( the husband ) for 1 min explained things too fast, felt like a production factory, they dont allow to take videos or photos but at the end of the session the doctor printed quickly whatever photo was on screen and gave us one paper (more of a receipt with picture on). Compared to other ultra sound locations this wasnt the best. I hope they improve and take their time as the clinic and the reception were in great conditions. The reception lady was amazing and tried to help alot !

  I've had two appointments now at Toronto West Ultrasound (True North Imaging) for obstetrical (pregnancy) ultrasound, and both of them have been extremely positive. The receptionist is very friendly, the facility is very new (~2yrs old), it's quiet, clean and well organized. Both appointments, they actually took me ahead of time - I've not had to wait and there's never been a packed waiting room. It's totally refreshing. The tech was friendly, efficient and kind. All around a great experience. It's also nice that you can book your appointments directly vs. having your doctor book it for you - you just make sure to bring in your referral when you arrive. I wish I knew about this place with my first pregnancy.
