(February 1, 2019, 5:10 pm)Moving is stressful! Everyone at the facility in Toronto was patient and kind and ready with all the answers. U-Pack just cannot be beat for pricing or customer service. Hoping to not move again, but if (when) I do, U-Pack will be my first and only call.
(August 17, 2018, 4:53 pm)Moved from Toronto, ON, Canada to San Francisco, CA, USA for 5.3K USD. We booked a 28 foot trailer for roughly 6K USD and ended up using only 18 feet. Compare this with 10-15K with other movers. Process was straight forward and the staff walked us through it and imported the items for us, while we flew. Excellent staff willing to help and guide you through the process. Whats quoted is what you pay and if you use less than the space booked, you only pay for the space utilized. Items arrived in less than 10 days. No damages.

(August 17, 2017, 12:07 pm)The staff was friendly, polite and respectful - patiently explaining paperwork and organization; they kept me updated throughout about my personal possessions and arrived as stated. The driver, Anthony, delivered my things, cheerfully helped me unload and took bags and boxes to the door. He didn't want to be late picking up my box and wanted to get to his other places on schedule. His help was invaluable, miraculous even. I would have had to do it on my own, and that wouldn't have been easy. The advanced depth of service, so nicely administered, is not as common nowadays. My experience has been extremely positive, and I highly recommend this company for moving stuff on/to both sides of the border.
