    Always clean. Close to amenities. Great price.

    Decent hotel for cheap. Very residence feel for obvious reasons. Bed was not comfortable but bearable for the 1 night I was there

    It's a terrific location, just one tram to downtown and the water front. It's a nice neighborhood. Rooms are basic and are clean. Perfect for the price. Staff was nice on arrival. Showers and toilet are clean. Even a good view of Toronto from my room. It's really the best deal to stay downtown on a budget. I recommend and will certainly return every summer.
