Fantastic experience! My stylist was so welcoming & I felt very much cared for. Will go back for all hair needs.

I went to Vent for a trial hair appointment before my wedding. The style I ended up with wasn't what I had in mind and was very flat...which was ok, because that's what a trial is for. I tried to politely ask for more volume in the curls. However, the stylist became very defensive and started to make comments that made me uncomfortable asking her to change the style. So I just ended the appointment as soon as possible, paid for the trial and cancelled by wedding day hair appointment. I wish they were more receptive to hearing what the customer wants. Maybe their other stylists are better at customer service than the one I got, so I'm giving them 3 stars. I'd also recommend that they seat customers in a way that we can see when we're being styled and not just the end product. It's easier to make adjustments along the way than at the end.

Good place to go in a pinch. Didn't do a full blow out just a dry style (quick bun with a few curled strands), still paid for the full blow out. Took 20 mins so a bit pricey. Was happy with the style and stylist though.

I had scheduled a blow-out hair service with Francine at the last minute. This was my first time at the salon/visiting Toronto and I had a great experience.

Francine was accommodating, professional, thoughtful, and kind. She listened to my concerns as I had just dyed my hair platinum for the first time and answered questions regarding ongoing maintenance. She made a few hair product suggestions to help preserve the color which I appreciated as well.

I would highly recommend Francine and Vent!

I had a lovely experience at Vent to get ready for my sister's wedding! Alyssa did both my hair and makeup, and she killed it! She made sure to check-in with me throughout the process, explaining tips and tricks for how to keep my makeup on throughout the ceremony, pictures and reception. She was also super fun to talk to and was a great listener. Plus, the price for both hair and makeup wasn't much compared to other blow dry/makeup bars. Great value! Would highly recommend!
