My experiences here are only for repairs, I have not used dry cleaning or alteration services. I have had multiple zippers repaired or replaced on winter coats as well as one sweater and found the cost and time to repair them to be very reasonable, they always to do the least that is required, for example just a quick snap on of a new piece of hardware vs replacing the entire zipper and have always taken the time to explain why and the cost (length of the zipper and the strength like for a zipper on a sweater vs a heavy winter coat). My items have always been ready at the agreed upon time.

I have also brought it some of my scrub pants in to be repaired after two pairs got caught and ripped at the pockets and was charged very minimally ($2, $4) for these repairs. Could I have maybe done a patch work job myself? Maybe, but I wouldn't have been nearly as happy with the results.

A couple things to consider is that street parking might be hard to find at certain hours, there is a paid below ground parking lot where you can enter right in to Village by the Grange, but it can be difficult to navigate as it is a huge parking lot with minimal and confusing signage. There's also an above ground parking structure closer to Queen Street. Additionally I think they only accept debit card and cash, just a minor note as I normally pay everything by credit card so just have to remember to have the debit card on me.

Great customer service! I have been doing my dry cleaning and Alterations here for a while now and they have great pricing, great service, and their Alterations are top notch! Owners are very nice and I enjoy going all the time.
