The food was absolutely delicious! The chicken and the jolof rice were so well seasoned and cooked just right (mind you I'm a picky eater and experienced cook). Even the vegetables were crispy and tasted amazing. I have tried many African restaurants in the city and this is THE best food I've tasted in a while. Plus, the portions were generous and the owner is kind. Count me in as loyal customer!
Just had a great meal with my wife. We ordered for take-out the 1/2 chicken and Jollof rice (nice kick!) and the fried fish rice/veg combo. Both were fantastic and well made.

What an unfortunate time to open a new restaurant, in the middle of a pandemic. But their grilled chicken is yummy and the Jollof rice is smoky and delicious, with a kick to it. Will order again. Hope you make it through to the other side, Wakanda Grill!

The food is pretty good (especially the rice) but there's almost no sitting space. This is more of a takeaway than a sit down restaurant
