Walmart Gerard Square Toronto Store

I have not been anywhere near this general area in months! Why would Google say I was here???? Damned Big Brother!!! Either my microchip has malfunctioned or Googles' face recognition has caught the twin brother I never knew I had.

It's a big Walmart and the location is good the only thing that bothers me is that the staff isn't very helpful. When you ask for something they just answer "no we don't have it/sell it" and they don't even look for it or make the attempt to help you or give you other options. Because they simply don't want to help.

The associate helped me to the best of his ability and got me the product I was looking for, he went out of his way, Many stores were soldout but he went to back opened box and got me what I needed within reasonable time. I was very happy and made it to work ontime because of him....thank you

I went to Wal-Mart to purchase something and purchased more than I intended (go figures!) I eventually found what I was looking for and then some and found the experience leisurely. I don't find there's a lot of customers but that could be due to how large this store is but I never find it busy when I visit here. However, there doesn't seem to be a lot of staff and there's a lot of items strewn throughout the store. I suspect this place will be a mad house come December and if it is I hope they do a better job of getting the place in order - it's a bit of a hot mess.

This visit was short, and time of day less consumers. The cash lines (two) were long. Thanks to the thoughtfulness of the person working on the self checkout, she call for some of us to ease the wait times. My colleague was limping from surgery. As we were at the end of line, it gave us an advantage to get a quick Cash out and exit. Kudos to the cashier. I think in the giving efficient service, one must think of mother's with children, seniors and disabled if observance is accurate.
