Good service and honest pricing. Bought a handlebar grip tape for $10 and the quality was way way better that one I bought in amazon for $20. They also fixed my chain really quick which I stupidly routed it wrongly. I have been to other bike stores in town but this one is by far the best. The other store told me right away I need a new chain lol.

I'm a bike courier and I go to a lot of bike shops, and I have found Westside cycle to be the best shop by far! Not only are they a very experienced and knowledgeable, but they also always seem to have the parts I need in stock when other stores do not. This is why I'm even bothering to take the time to write this review, they have genuinely earned it and have been keeping me on the road.??

Had a great experience. My bike was in really rough shape, they fixed up with a pretty fast turnaround considering it was peak season. Then, first ride out after it was fixed another part breaks. Brought it back and they fixed it within an hour and didn't charge me labour. I recommend them to everyone in the neighbourhood. Friendly, reliable and they did an excellent job on my beat up bike, it rides like a brand new bike. Definitely my fave local bike shop. 5 stars.

The staff here are so extremely personable and friendly. They are obviously very busy, yet they completed my tire change a day early. The cost was also very reasonable and nobody was pushy or snobby, just genuinely nice people. I will definitely be back! Thank you West Side Cycle!!
