Thank you Wheel Excitement! I bought a used bike last 2018 (pretty good condition). The great option of this store is the ability to rent bikes, or purchase new or used bikes. I called in for a tune up and they set expectations with me that it is beginning of spring and may take a day - however, the tune up was quick in getting it ready same day. I am always pleased with service and will return for my tune ups.

I had the most amazing experience yesterday. I had a little parking mishap where I ruined spokes on both wheels. I dropped off my bike at Wheel Excitement on Queens Quay, thrilled to see they were open on a Saturday in winter! The mechanic, Bruce, quoted me a price and told me it would be done later that day.

It didn't take much discussion for me to know that Windy was in good hands. When I got back to pick up, he had cleaned it and lubed it! As well as attended to some other odds and ends. It was like a spa day for my bicycle.
