Can't even describe how professional and friendly they are.
I took my puppy for the first grooming today and I'm so happy with the results and also my pups behavior, he is not angry and no anxiety at all.
He looks great and happy.
The lady who did grooming was sooo friendly and nice and the man behind the counter so friendly and professional as well. He was answering all my questions patiently with amazing smile. Thank you Zen team. Definitely will go back again.

Absolutely the best place for all your dog (and cat) needs: grooming, daycare, walking, pet food, toys, apparel, socialization. The people who work here (William and Philip in particular) are wonderful and they truly care about your pup! They also offer amazingly fast delivery. We trust Zen Dog completely with all our dog care needs! Cannot recommend Zen Dog enough!!!

They are just wonderful! I have been there a few times and would recommend all their services! The owners are nice people who really care about you and your pet! As for the grooming: Roberta was the first groomer that my dog actually adored!!! She was professional and did an amazing job on our puppy! I Trust them with my eyes closed and would give more stars if I could!

Great experience. Very friendly people and the groomer was very nice and understanding and took her time. They also groomed the way we had asked as opposed to an extreme cut (our previous groomer just decided on their length). Quick and efficient as well.

Philip and Roberta took such good care of my pup when he went in for his first grooming. They’re very knowledgeable and have an amazing selection of food and dog items. Philip even helped get Pesto perfectly fit in his new harness! Love this neighbourhood shop and plan to come back for more grooming and treats!
