Picked up my new ride 2 months ago. and took it for my first oil change today. very happy with the service performed. shakeel is very approachable & their prices are reasonable for the quality of work being performed. will keep coming back for all my service needs. keep up the great work guys.

My 2011 Honda Civic AC was not working continuously so I took the car to Hardial Auto Service in Brampton. I was told to replace the AC compressor. Thank god I talk to my friends about this problem. One of my friend strongly recommended Active Auto because they fixed his AC as well. Recommended by his own mechanic. I googled and red all your reviews. Thanks folks for your honest comments.
My cousin dropped the car off at Active Auto. Mani called me and said that my car is fixed. I was shocked to hear that I asked him what was wrong? He said “AC realy “ and changed for very little money. Even though I am not their customer.
They are very very honest and very knowledgeable. I strongly recommend this place for all your AC problem.

I have done some research by area proximity and by customer's rating and have found Shakil's Auto Business. I needed my rear door fixed and the rust taken care of on my Mazda 3. Shakil inspected my car and even suggested some more rust bubbles on the door frames to be taken care of. He gave me a quote within the brief inspection and it was a very fair and reasonable one. Also, as promised he called me back within 45 min to provide me with a quote on my AC. I left my car for the door repair on Tuesday and as promised my car was ready on Thursday PM. What an amazing job he and his team have done! I checked my door and then went back to check my license plate to make sure it is my car:-)) Very, very nice job and on time! Can't tell more except that I will make sure I tell all my friends about his service and my car is the proof of his great job! Of course, after the door was fixed I went back to him to fix my AC. Once he gained my trust, I hope he will always keep his integrity at this high level, his update communication within the repair, his honesty, his word what he promises and his personality- he will not waste your time with unnecessary talking- he will politely go straight to the point as he understands his business and what needs to be done at first look of your car. Also, as mentioned, his team is very polite and co- operative. Manny at the front desk is doing great job and keeps you informed, too. Don't expect a dealership luxurious environment, but expect great job what actually matters! Definitely will go back to him when my car needs a repair , or even just for an oil change. Tried this mechanic for the first time based on recommendation from friends, the guy is very humble and seems knowledgeable. He sounds honest too, that is the first thing one would want in a mechanic which unfortunately in today's world is hard to find.

I hope he keeps up his honestly, that will drive his business to the next level. Good customer service. His charges are reasonable - not cheap.
