Alex came to check and fix my fire alarm. He is very prompt and professional even if the weather was very cold. I wasn't home and so my son is the one who attend to him while he is doing his work. My son said he is focused and did great work. He even gave a bit of a discount on his fee. I highly recommend Alex and his company. Thank you Alex!

Alex arrived at our home promptly and fixed our broken outlet in no time and at a reasonable cost. We asked him to fix some other outlets, but he advised us that the outlets were connected to other switches throughout our condo and that no repairs were required. We definitely appreciate the honesty.
