Staff is pleasant but they are sometimes disorganized. Recently we had a dental appointment (general cleaning) and they asked us to come back the following week as my son had a baby tooth fragment that needed to be removed. When my son came out of appointment he was seen by orthodontist for a check up. He came out confused and informed me that his baby tooth was still there. I asked receptionist what happened and they were confused as they had him scheduled for orthodontist and didn't realize he had a baby tooth fragment (how would we know there was a fragment to be removed). Plus we already had an orthodontist appointment in September. I was not impressed because I was moved work schedule around.

Luckily the amazing orthodontist (Dr. Rykiss) was willing to help out and removed the fragment in less than a minute. Another annoying part was that this could have be done during the original appointment instead of coming back.

Overall, kids are happy with the staff and service is good.

My initial experience was great because of the administrative side but so-so due to the dentist I was assigned. I tried again and asked for a different dentist and she was phenomenal and I'm so happy that I got my work done now.

Dr. Munroe is an excellent, experienced oral surgeon with a pleasant manner who puts his patience at ease right away. He explained the procedure in advance. I did not feel any pain during the procedure. I couldn't even feel him insert the freezing needles. He told me how to look after my gums post surgery. Thanks Dr. Munroe and Altima Cedarbrae dental for a pleasant dental experience.

Always a great experience at Altima Cedarbrae Dental Centre. I attend this dental clinic because of the quality service and accommodation they provide. They oblige me with appointments that work with my availability and provide reminders which I appreciate. The front office staff are always professional and very friendly. I have an amazing Hygienist whose name is Anna along with Dentist Dr. Panteli and his chair side Assistant. This location is not convenient for me or my husband but because of the great service provided to us over the years, we attend this clinic.
