the management is wonderful. when the heater in my apartment stopped working maintenance showed up within an hour to fix it. No complaints.
We just moved to 859 Kennedy Road and its one of the best decisions we have made! My wife and I spent a lot of time searching for a place in Toronto (it's even worse now) and we really liked everyone we talked to here, the property managers & other residents. There's a good energy and the place is very well taken care of.
I moved into an apartment at 859 Kennedy Road about a year ago and all I can say is it was a great decision. The management here is excellent and the building is kept super clean at all times.
