AOSOM CANADA INC.

I bought the bike adapter and ended up having to return it because my bike didn't have a quick release. Aosom was quick to respond when I sent them an email about returning this product, the lady helping me was very responsive and thanked me for my patience. I have always dreaded sending back items because it is such a hassle, Aosom made it very easy. FedEx came to pick up the package a day after I sent the email and I ended up getting my money back within three days of them receiving the package I was returning. Very good customer service on their end

We ordered a recliner for our elderly dad. He is still learning how it works, but is enjoying the up and down button. I think however that the buttons on the remote should be better marked (brighter, bigger, ) since most likely it is the elderly who will require a recliner.
Upon delivery we received only 1 of 2 boxes... however when we called and asked for the second. Customer Service, quickly traced it and by day's end, we got the second box. We appreciate the prompt response and the diligence especially from Adelina who corresponded with us throughout especially during this pandemic. Thanks and we will show there again.
