I am so happy to have found Dr.Krystal. She is caring and honest, and takes her time to explain everything.

They're great. And their receptionist is really really kind.

Dr. Krystal Chan is a thoughtful & considerate optometrist, who goes beyond the call of duty. My husband & I will always remember her support & her dedication to her profession. New customer and I was impressed by the amazingly great staff on both the Optometrist side and business side who patiently helped me get used to wearing contacts and offered very useful advice. I visited Dr. Krystal who answered all my questions in detail and at length for extra information. I appreciate her patience and ease in engaging with patients.

Each of the staff have wonderful personalities which makes for a great experience.

The only complaint I would have is sometimes it is hard to reach them by phone, and I dropped by on a Thursday before 7pm (6:45pm), but they were already closed. I checked the hours on display and they were supposed to be open at that time. I even specifically made a trip to visit.

Other than that their service is good.

Dr Krystal Chan is very nice and informative. She is very passionate and takes the time to answer any questions. Highly recommend!
