however the pulling. string broke soon after the blind was installed. We went back to the store for a new string, but was told that the whole blind needed to be taken down and sent to the store for repair, even though put a string in only cost us about 10 minutes maximum.
We appreciated the employee taught us how to fix the string and put it back, though, the info was very helpful.
