We went to this place to get some hardwood flooring done. Booked an appointment. He never showup and nor did he have the courtesy to phone to say he couldn't make it. So we went back to his place of business and asked why he never called. The wife said she was sorry and phoned her husband. He said he would be back and would call us again. Well two days later I phoned and asked what happen. I told her if they could not do the job, just be upfront about it and then we would go on our way and find someone else. She said OK I don't want to do your job. Then I proceeded to tell her why didn't she just say that in the first place and wasted our time with this company. I hung up after wards. The job was to lay down some hardwood floors that we would buy off them and to install. If they could not even do a small job like this, what would they be like as they are a Kitchen and floor company. I would NOT recommend them to anyone!
